ยืนยันตัวตนด้วยบัตรกับเซลฟี่
ผู้เช่าส่งรูปใบขับขี่หรือบัตรประชาชน พร้อมเซลฟี่ถือบัตร ทีมงานตรวจว่าหน้าตรงกับบัตร ชื่อตรง และบัตรยังไม่หมดอายุ ผ่านแล้วจึงได้เครื่องหมาย "ยืนยันตัวตนแล้ว"
รับเฉพาะผู้เช่าที่ยืนยันตัวตน
Host ตั้งค่าประกาศให้รับเฉพาะผู้ยืนยันตัวตนได้ คนที่ยังไม่ผ่านการตรวจบัตรจะส่งคำขอจองรถคันนั้นไม่ได้เลย
Host อนุมัติเองทุกคำขอ
ไม่มีการจองอัตโนมัติ ก่อนกดยืนยัน Host เห็นประวัติผู้เช่า: สมาชิกตั้งแต่เมื่อไร เช่าสำเร็จกี่ครั้ง ยกเลิกเองกี่ครั้ง และคะแนนจาก Host คนก่อน
ชื่อจริงไว้เทียบบัตรตอนส่งมอบรถ
Host เห็นชื่อตามบัตรที่ทีมงานยืนยันแล้ว (ไม่เห็นรูปหรือเลขบัตร) ตอนรับรถขอดูบัตรตัวจริง ชื่อและหน้าต้องตรงกัน กันการส่งคนอื่นมารับรถแทน
รายงานแล้วแบนทั้งระบบ
Host กด "รายงานผู้เช่า" ได้ทุกการจอง ทีมงานตรวจสอบ ถ้ายืนยันว่าเป็นมิจฉาชีพ บัญชีจะถูกระงับทันที จองรถคันไหนใน RRevX ไม่ได้อีก และคำขอที่ค้างอยู่ถูกปฏิเสธอัตโนมัติ
รีวิวสองทาง
หลังคืนรถ ผู้เช่ารีวิวรถ และ Host รีวิวผู้เช่า คะแนนนี้ติดตัวผู้เช่าไปทุกการจองครั้งต่อไป ผู้เช่าที่ดีได้รับการอนุมัติเร็วขึ้น
ขั้นตอนตั้งแต่ขอจองจนคืนรถ
เช็กลิสต์สำหรับ Host ตอนส่งมอบรถ
- ขอดูบัตรตัวจริง ชื่อต้องตรงกับชื่อที่ยืนยันใน RRevX และหน้าตรงกับคนมารับรถ
- ถ่ายรูปผู้เช่าคู่กับบัตร และถ่ายรอบคัน เลขไมล์ ระดับแบตเตอรี่
- ทำสัญญาเช่า ระบุวันเวลาคืนรถ เก็บสำเนาบัตรแบบขีดคร่อม "ใช้เพื่อเช่ารถเท่านั้น"
- รับเงินจากบัญชีชื่อเดียวกับผู้เช่าเท่านั้น ระวังสลิปปลอม
- คุยและนัดหมายผ่านแชทใน RRevX เพื่อเก็บหลักฐาน
- ถ้าผู้เช่าเร่งรีบผิดปกติ เปลี่ยนคนรับรถ ขอส่งรถไปจังหวัดอื่น หรือไม่ยอมให้ดูบัตร — ยกเลิกได้ และกดรายงาน
ความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้เช่า
- รูปบัตรและเซลฟี่เก็บในที่เก็บข้อมูลส่วนตัว เห็นเฉพาะทีมงานที่ตรวจเอกสาร
- Host เห็นเฉพาะเครื่องหมายยืนยันตัวตน ประเภทเอกสาร และชื่อตามบัตร ไม่เห็นรูปบัตร เลขบัตร หรือที่อยู่
- ถ่ายเฉพาะด้านหน้าบัตร ไม่ต้องถ่ายด้านหลัง (เลขเลเซอร์) · รายละเอียดในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

RRevX's 5 layers of protection
ID + selfie verification
Renters upload their driving licence or national ID card plus a selfie holding it. Our team checks the face matches, the name matches and the card hasn't expired before granting the "ID verified" badge.
Verified renters only
Hosts can set a listing to accept verified renters only. Anyone who hasn't passed the ID check simply can't request that car.
Hosts approve every request
No instant booking. Before confirming, hosts see the renter's history: member since, completed trips, cancellations and ratings from previous hosts.
A verified name to check at handover
Hosts see the name on the verified document (never the photo or ID number). At pickup, ask for the physical card — name and face must match, so nobody can send someone else to collect the car.
Report → review → platform-wide ban
Hosts can report a renter on any booking. If our team confirms fraud, the account is suspended immediately, can't book any car on RRevX, and its pending requests are declined automatically.
Two-way reviews
After the trip, renters review the car and hosts review the renter. That rating follows the renter to every future request — good renters get approved faster.
From request to return
Host handover checklist
- Ask for the physical ID. The name must match the verified name on RRevX and the face must match the person collecting the car.
- Photograph the renter with the ID, plus the car all round, the odometer and battery level.
- Sign a rental agreement with the return date and time; keep an ID copy marked "for car rental only".
- Only accept payment from an account in the renter's own name, and watch out for fake transfer slips.
- Keep conversations and arrangements in RRevX chat so there's a record.
- If the renter is unusually rushed, sends someone else, wants the car taken to another province or won't show ID — cancel and report.
Renter privacy
- ID and selfie photos are kept in private storage and only seen by the team reviewing them.
- Hosts see only the verified badge, document type and the name on the document — never the photo, ID number or address.
- Only the front of the card is needed, never the back (laser code). Details in our Privacy Policy.
