FAQ
Is it really free? Any hidden costs?
Yes. No card needed. During the offer your listing is free for 60 days. If you don't renew, it simply hides — nothing is charged automatically. Renew whenever you like: ฿99 for 21 days.
Who gets the 60 days?
The first 100 listings approved, in order of approval, one per account, posted while signed in. The counter above updates live.
Do you take a commission?
No. Renters and buyers pay you directly. You agree the terms, deposit and rental agreement with them yourself.
How do I know a renter isn't a scammer?
Accept verified renters only, check their trip history and reviews before approving, and check the physical ID against the verified name at handover. If something goes wrong, report them — we review and ban platform-wide. Learn more
Do I need to register my private car for rental, or extra insurance?
Cars rented out commercially should be registered as rental vehicles (รย.11) with the Department of Land Transport, and standard private car insurance often doesn't cover rentals. Check with your provincial transport office and insurer before you start. Read the EV hosting guide (Thai)
How many cars can I list?
As many as you like. The 60-day offer applies to each account's first approved listing; the rest get the standard 21 free days.
